Maaza Lassi
In Summer months in North India, one finds it difficult to come out of bed in the morning. Its the beginning of lazy months, as no one wants to step out and face the sun.
My best friend (I call him just "handsome") managed to step out of bed and ended up doing something creative in the morning. He took out the chilled curd and the bottle of Maaza (Indian Mango drink), mixed them in a juicer and the colorful Maaza Lassi was ready. Well the initial idea of drinking it did not go down too well with me. But I had to, after all he had put in efforts to make it for me.
Believe me, it turned out to be a good drink for summer mornings. You can easily serve it to guests too.
